Through SMJ Micro Finance she has a Vision and a noble aim to see the society having sufficient means of lively hood with sufficient means of earnings with sufficient Income and prosperity; hence she decided to fund the business of the lower income group people with a strong and Clear vision of their financial empowerments and independence

Aged about forty eight year Mr Sandeep has completed his schooling from Lucknow and later completed his graduation and other professional qualifications from University of Lucknow Mr Sandeep Srivastava is an experienced Banker having a relevant experience of almost twenty four years in almost all formats of Banking, Mr Sandeep has started his Banking in the year 2001 with a leading Private sector bank as Management and till 2017 during this period he has worked with various renewed scheduled Commercial Banks, In his last assignment Mr Sandeep was a Regional Head with a leading Private sector Bank at South Delhi
After 2017 Mr Sandeep Started working as Financial Consultant in the waste filed of Banking he has consulted various big financial projects and there is a long list of projects consulted by him during his consulting Carrier he has consulted Various NBFCs and Micro Finance institutions (MFIs) in one of the Major consulting assignments Mr Sandeep had Consulted the formation of a Kothri group NBFC by setting its products Process and running operations

Mr Brajesh is about 41 years of young and dynamic Professional from Micro Finance Industry having around twelve years in the Micro finance Industry starting from a very lower level Mr Brajesh had achieved many landmarks his in professional carrier Mr Brajesh has completed his schooling from Higher Secondary school from Hoshangabad and later completed his graduation in commerce from Barkatullah University Madhya Pradesh
After Completing his graduation in year 2016 Mr Brajesh has started his professional Carrier Satin Credit Care as Loan officer based at Bhopal (MP) and within a short span of two years in the year 2018 Mr Brajesh has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and in next two years Mr Brajesh has been further promoted to Sr.Branch Manager year 2020 and after an year time considering his good performance he has been promoted to Senior Branch Manager in the year 2021 since he had handled business of many Branches in the city and nearby area of Bhopal City
